Dunkin' — Restaurant in Holden

If you come here and order espresso, you're getting scammed. Absolutely tired of this place. Only gave it a chance on a routine basis regardless of it failing every time due to me living half a mile away. Every time I try and give this place the benefit of the doubt it bites me in the butt. Today, my final straw? Having to repeat my simple coffee order 3 times. Large iced latte with butter pecan. First it was a coffee, then it was hot latte then missing butter pecan. Finally got it right, get to the window, and I get butter pecan flavored milk. No espresso no coffee just milk and pumps. I got tires of the benefit of the doubt saying maybe they skimp out and went to brewer location. Ordered same exact drink, wow. There's actually espresso in this one and you can tell. It's got some brown in it. That means routinely this location doesn't give their customers espresso. I'm absolutely never coming here again. Always submit my complaint to their online support and obviously nothing's...

Employee was nice but the cleanliness standards were far from okay. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived and told them I had a mobile order they gave me my drink, food then grabbed my donut. But when they grabbed my donut they weren’t wearing gloves and handed it to me JUST in the paper without a bag or anything then continued working register as they were previously. I’ve been in the food industry since I was 14 years old and I’m very aware that was definitely not up to code. The donut was for my very sick grandmother and I didn’t feel entirely safe giving it to her after that. I’ve been going to this dunkin for quite some time even previous to the renovation and I’m not quite sure if i’m going to continue going to the location...

Great staff and fresh Doughnuts every day and the coffee is always (& I do mean always! ) the coffee is fresh, hot and is ready into my hand so quickly. Best Dunkin ever, I almost forgot to mention that this location is or was for that matter the only place I know of using the Best cream for their whoopy pie Doughnuts in the place of the buttercream which I think is an amazing idea and I only wish they still did this because the buttercream is absolutely way to sweet for my liking and the same goes with my family, they all prefer the best cream just because.... well it just tastes better lol. Other than that it's definitely a 5⭐️ location for their service and there amazing attitude and nots let forget this is a clean...
