If you’re looking for an ice cream experience that defies the calendar, head to Ice House Creamery. I went in on a Saturday, ordered a sundae, and let me tell you, it felt like I was breaking the rules in the most delicious way possible.

The moment I walked up to the window, I was surrounded by a rainbow of flavors that made my inner child do a happy dance. The staff was patient as I agonized over my choices like I was solving a complex equation.

So. Cute! I absolutely adored this ice cream shop. From the beautifully restored building, to the tree stump carved ice cream cone, all the way inside to their retail wall, this visit was the complete package. The servers were super friendly, the ice cream delicious and the view devine! Ice House Creamery is located in an incredibly beautiful spot directly across from Little Squam Lake in Holderness, NH; their homemade ice cream flavors are amazing, and they even have an adorable gift shop.
