Placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15 min. When I arrived 25 min. later I was told they were out of the mozzarella cheese that I had ordered on one of the sandwiches. I had to choose a different cheese and had to wait for it to be made. Was my first time at this Subway. The guy was very polite, so that made up for the having to wait to get my order.

Worst experience i have ever had at subway. Took about 20 mins for them to make my 4 simple subs. They were out of main ingredients. Was there a half hour just to get my sub and for the person in front of me to get his sub finished. I will not go to this location again.

Popped in to get a sub today, however I discovered they also have mini pizzas, and REALLY GOOD! You can set them up however you want , the young man who has assembled my pie was polite, friendly and does a great job.

I have NEVER BEEN treated so disrespected in all of my 52 yrs as I opened the stores door this lady was jumping down my throat, I was made to feel like I should've never stepped foot in the state of Michigan.

She was verbally abusive to my husband and I and her little help immediately jumped in with verbally abusing my husband and I, only to find out the helper was the manager. "I'M STILL SHAKING FROM THE EXPERIENCE WE ENCOUNTERED" MY GOD!!!

Both my husband and I are disabled If we didn't walk out I truly believe that they would've attacked us and called the cops and blamed us and we probably would've been kill at Subway for rude violent staff the pure hatred was it wasn't even sundown this is crazy.

I will be contacting corporate to review the cameras...

It was terrible. I ordered the turkey breast with lettuce tomato and green pepper the lady kept making me a chicken breast with minimal lettuce saying I said I wanted small lettuce and when I did never ever say that by the time the sandwich was made my turkey sandwich was a chicken breast with hardly anything I asked for it and she told her co-worker I wish these people would...
