Dunkin' — Restaurant in Holliston

I was seeking an additional part-time position that will work with my schedule. However, the hours I am looking for may differ from the needs of the business. When I contacted a member of human resources to determine the needs of their stores I was dismissed. The representative of SF management responded in this way- "You can fill out an application online or pick up a paper copy in our stores- If we're interested we will call you".

I responded- "I will fill out the application online, but do you have a general idea of the hours your store(s) need?" The representative then raised his voice and stated " I am NOT going to get into the hours. You can fill out the application, and if we're interested we will call you".

My response: Unfortunately I have decided to go in a different direction. Thank you so much for your time". Clearly, that representative does not understand a phone screen goes two ways, and if you are speaking to people in a unprofessional manner you clearly need a vacation.

If I am going to work for a company part-time, it is going to be a company that employs professionals. Individuals that can communicate without crossing the lines of professionalism, but most importantly who respects everyone in its employ including prospective candidates. I come to this Dunkin twice a week; and every time I’m reminded why I should go elsewhere. It begins with the rude service on the speaker, not allowing customers to finish speaking or ordering without a constant “anything else” after every word. Once you get to the window, the orders are often wrong, and when asking for a receipt the employees are often argumentative. If I at least got hot food or good coffee I could deal with all of that. Every time, my hash browns are burnt or stale or not cooked and cold. My coffee has still never been made correctly, even when changing to ordering straight off the menu with no alterations. The reason for this review; was that I ordered a large ice coffee, and was given a medium after I already paid for it, and the employee argued with me to even get the correct drink I paid for. Christmas Eve is not the time to be rude to other people just because of the job you chose to show up for. By far the worst Dunkin I’ve gone to, and I’ll be ordering from subway next door, or hitting the convenience store for anything I need...

My husband into the driveway at a drive-through and you know it's a little bit of a chill DJ but it's not to Chilean to get an iced tea now the problem is that we waiting line now it's a small little place I can get it in the area but man Jesus all I'm trying to say we sat there for 20 minutes and then they finally got to the little speaker mind you it's a robot at the first time it speaks asking me if I want to try a lockpick special and then I said no thank you and I waited there for another 3 minutes until a real person talk to me now the problem is is I sat there and waited after the robot and said I ordered iced tea but then they said to me so rudely oh we don't serve iced tea at the moment because we read out when you have green tea now I am a Dunkin Donuts store I am so upset now I'm going to be...
