Jing's Garden — Restaurant in Holliston

My husband and I moved to Ashland about 2 years ago and have not found Chinese food we liked at all. We decided to try Jings because it was just over the holliston line and not too far from us in Ashland. It was really good! My husband really enjoyed the Crab Rangoon. I loved the Peking ravioli. My husband thought they were more doughy than he likes. We both thought the beef teriyaki was delicious and cooked to perfection with just the right amount of char on the edges. I also ordered egg rolls and beef lo mein. I am really picky when it comes to egg rolls and they were perfect. The cabbage inside was soft and the full of pork. Crispy outside and maintained its heat. Lo mein was again a difference for My husband and I. I didn't love it and will opt for fried rice next time while my husband likes the lo mein. Well even though our past few experiences were not good we decided that after a year we would try Jings again on the chance the food was better. Nope, didn’t work out at all. In fact I think the food went further down hill. The chicken fingers had so much batter they were inedible. The crab Rangoon was so over fried they were like little bricks, the chicken fried rice I ordered was pork fried rice and it was flavorless. But, the egg foo young was good. Done… this time for ever. UPDATE: Dec 2023 - Good news, heard Jings was under new ownership decided to give it a try again. Complete turn around, did Christmas Eve dinner for 12, ($300) everything...

WARNING: do not eat here!!! The food here is undercooked and will make you sick. I went here today it was absoloutley discusting; tons of cobwebs under the bar, sticky dirty tables, and a terrible lingering smell. I cant even imagine how unsanitary and filfthy the kitchen is. I ordered chicken fingers today and all i got was a terrible stomach ache, explosive dioriah and chicken fingers that were so undercooked they were white.
