Phenomenal absolutely mouth watering deliciousness! We started with meeting the man behind the goods- fabulous personality to match his cooking! Candied bacon? BEST ever and I mean EVER! We then ordered the two meat two side meal! We got sausage and brisket for our meats with their signature sauces- so beyond everything I needed in smoked meat! The Mac n cheese has amazing spiral noodles and a cheese sauce that is so noticeably HOMEMADE, no really it is HOMEMADE with love but you can TASTE it! The coleslaw… better than my families recipe- first time ever saying that and meaning it! The jalapeño candied bacon cornbread muffins- I’ll take those with every meal moving forward, yes please!? Mouth watering it all is! Best part 2 adults ate on this meal and more than half was still left for a snack later! My fiance does not like bbq because of the price to what we end up with mediocre bbq that wasnt worth it. Usually has no flavor too much salt and too dry. NOT THIS PLACE!!!! The ribs were so meaty AND juicy! The pulled pork and brisket moist and smokey! The baked beans were delicious! Smokey, sweet and spicy all a layers as you chew them. Green beans and bacon, need i say more? The candied bacon!!! Oh my goodness!! That is your dessert right there! They could even put chocolate on that candied bacon and i could have a pound of that! I emailed about 12-18 different food trucks for a wedding i was planning and he was the ONLY one to contact to me and walk me through their menu, pricing and what they offer. Crackersnacks BBQ is an absolute gem! We first spotted this roadside food truck a couple of months ago while passing through Fenton and made a promise to stop the next time we were in the area. So glad we did!

The loaded smoked potato was incredible—perfectly smoked, rubbed in olive oil and salt, then packed with butter, shredded cheddar, their rich mac & cheese sauce, and crispy house-made bacon bits (no bagged bits here). Topped it off with smoked sausage and a drizzle of BBQ sauce, and it was pure comfort food heaven.

Also had to try their mac & cheese on the side, and you can tell they’ve spent years perfecting it. Over five cups of freshly shredded cheese, real cream, and just the right blend of seasonings make it ridiculously creamy and flavorful.
