I have never in my 35 years, been to a Subway where they do not ask you what you want for toppings, from bread to veggies to sauces, but specifically in this case, the cheese.
My MIL wanted to grab us some lunch through the drive thru and I decided to get the Chicken Teriyaki. It was weird because they had asked me what I wanted for everything else, except for the cheese, so at the end of my order I asked, “Hey, can you please put pepper-jack on that?” Thinking they just forgot. Nope. Not the case. Apparently this sandwich automatically came with American cheese (since when??) and they refused to remake it. I wasn’t going to push it, but it definitely threw off the sandwich for me as I hate American cheddar unless it’s on a grilled cheese dipped in tomato soup.

Read moreBasic food handling is a lost art at this location. Other locations around are 100x better than this one. Drive the extra 3 mins to the one near Features. May be owned by same person but the employees actutally care about the way they handle your food. Gloves are required for a reason not for show. Touching everything while wearing them defeats the purpose. 2nd time in a week its happened and same girl (darker blonde curly hair and glasses working night of 3/1/19) so i decided to say something to her about touching equipment then digging her hands in the buckets of ingredients....her response was classic "you could have asked me to change my gloves"... Read moreWaited over 15 minutes at the drive through before they took my order. They continuously said "we are sorry, we will be with you shortly" after 5 minutes I asked why I wasn't being helped. The lady rudely remarked "if you want to be helped you can come inside". I have 3 kiddos under 6 and if I have them all in the van, I'm not going inside. I told the lady this and she rudely answered with "well you will just have to wait til we are done with everyone inside" I do not believe this is how costumer service should be.
