Ok so we ordered 3 pizzas from this place when they opened on Saturday. The owner said I haven't even turned my oven on yet, 1st warning bell.
The wise guy pizza: This one was the best of the bunch. The toppings were good quality, but the sauce was too sparse and the crust was undercooked (pale bottom), and the outside edges had raw pieces of dough.
Buffalino pizza: This pizza was way way underdressed! Way too little buffalo sauce, too little blue sauce, the chicken looked like frozen buffalo chicken tenders (98% sure these were a premade frozen variety) and the crust was also underdone, chewy, and tough.
The roni pizza: This did have the cupped pepperoni mixed in with normal pepperoni, but the same complaints as above apply. Too little sauce, crust under done.
The good: Thank you for cutting the pizzas in a pie shape, unless its a party size I don't understand the obsession of NE with square shaped slices. Alot of the ingredients were quality: cupped pepperoni, mushrooms, roasted pepper, fennel sausage. If you want to work on your jawline this could be the place for you.
The bad: That under baked crust was unforgivable which honestly may be why I felt everything else (sauce, cheese, toppings) were on the sparse side. It was also strange that the buffalo chicken toppings was so bottom shelf as compared to the other ingredients used.
Bottom line: Reading other peoples reviews my underdone crust seems to be an outlier but worth mentioning as it could happen to you, and hopefully the owner takes this constructive criticism to heart. I have a hard time giving a place another chance if they screw up this bad on something as essential as the dough of their pizza. Plenty of other places around that I haven't had this experience with. Maybe the owner felt rushed when I called and his oven wasn't on yet, even though I called within the normal business hours. I would have been fine waiting an hour for them to be ready vice arriving at 40 min as instructed...hell make we wait an extra 20 if it isn't adequately cooked. I definitely didn't seem rushed or make any comments that should have made him feel hurried. If you like to gamble this could be the place for you as plenty of other people rave about this place.
If your pizza's come with a warranty, could I redeem that for a pizza of equal value at a nearby competitor?
** Reply to the owner Instead of writing non-sensical replies how about you just fix your inferior product. Your job is to make food for your customers that is consistent, and provide quality customer service, which both are sorely lacking. The only bright spot of your business is how erratic and comical these replies are to anything resembling criticism. Your one good deed could be the shining example you serve as "what not to do when operating a small food business."
There was no girl working at your business when I arrived. My coworker called at 11 to order pizzas (from you, not a girl) He wasn't rude, nor was I when I came in to pick up the pizzas. Any person of sound mind reading your response would only be further turned off by your place of business. Hilarious that you didn't address the valid complaints with the pizza and instead created a complete fabrication. The good news is if this pizza thing somehow doesn't work out(crazy I know), you can always get a job as an english teacher. Shocking that your attention to detail with the written word doesn't extend to your pizza.

Little guys attitude concerning us being in a rush as we attempted to order was enough for us to just walk away. So..maybe it's good 🤔. I'll never know, nor will my buddy..shrug..luckily Italian Friendly is right down the road from this place. It's a shame 😔. I even apologized for rushing him.3 times I apologized, granted ,my first apology was the only heartfelt apology, but the Little fella wasn't having it ,the 2nd and 3rd apologies were just me trying to get outta there 🙃 . I feel kinda bad for the little guy. But...shrug ...we all make choices. He chose to not accept an apology. And lost a possible loyal customer.

Read moreThe pizza is delicious but the owner has terrible customer service skills. I ordered via the app and was given a time of 7:17-7:32 for pick up and that I would receive a notification when it was ready. Previous times I have ordered and shown up before getting my notification and have waited. My pizza was sitting on a wire rack when I arrived at 7:40. He placed it in the box added more toppings and handed it to me. The box was cold. When I got home and opened the box the shredded cheese wasn’t even melted. My pizza was cold and when I called to ask if I made a mistake and ordered a cold pizza somehow. I was then told I was 15/20 min late picking up my pizza. He offered to make another one i said “i just want to know the proper temp to reheat it, I don’t want to have to drive back”. I stated that it was cold to the touch, it was 7:46 when I called. He then told me “oh come on, it’s not that cold, it’s probably been a half hour from the time you picked it up” that’s when I said thanks...
