1st time visit, decided to give it a go since it had great reviews. To start off & be fair maybe this was an off night ... bc what I saw in pictures online when ordering looked COMPLETELY different from what I received. The sundae online had it in a waffle bowl, ours was a very small cup. I wondered why my son wouldn't eat more than 1 bite, I took a taste and it was the worst freezer burnt ice cream in the history of ever. And if you know ice cream like I do you know you know. So we deemed that not edible. Ordered 2 milkshakes, that were so watered down, couldn't taste ANY cheesecake in mine so I think it was left out forgotten. The chocolate milkshake tasted great but was also watered down. Had 1 cannoli, that was the best out of the order even though you can tell not made fresh in house. Pre packaged, squeeze filling in...you get the idea. Very pricey @ almost 30 bucks. Would I be back, maybe one more time to try something else on the menu. Place is clean and staff is very friendly. However, they always seem to be out of the ONE FLAVOR I like. I have had to start calling before I go, so I know if its even worth the trip. This has been on going for many months. If you notice that you are constantly out of a certain flavor, maybe you need to look at having more on hand? The flavor you are constantly out of is the Coconut Ice. No one has EVER mentioned that certain flavors are seasonal. We were always just told, "sorry, we're out of...

ive been in here a few times, i really really love this place and really reccomend. unlike other places there icecreams and ices are natural and have such a good flavor. the owner and people there have always been so sweet! theyll make it worth your while. love them so much, will definitely be my new ice cream place! so happy they opened so close to my house! cant wait for my family to try it 😁 they have great portions...
