If you’re looking for a great Chinese place, this isn’t it!! My first time ever trying this place and I stood at the counter for a little bit. 3 people saw me standing there and ignored me. A woman came to the register, but the phone rang so she answered the phone and proceeded to take their order. I would have asked the person on the phone to hold and helped the person in front of me, but whatever. I ended up just getting wonton soup, how can you go wrong with that??? I wanted to try this place as I saw this restaurant on my route multiple times. It is in the main section of Honey Brook. They do have parking on the side of the restaurant. I called the restaurant to place my order for pickup. And the food was ready within six minutes. That is surprisingly quick for making fried rice. As I went inside to pick up the fried rice, I paid. The staff asked if I needed any sauce. I got their hot oil. I see a lot of people picking up food around 9 p.m. The taste of the fried rice was average, and it didn't taste fresh. FINALLY I’ve found the gem amongst the rubble of Chinese restaurants. I’ve been to multiple cities in the area trying out the Chinese restaurants! Lucky Wok, is by far the best I’ve had in the 8 months of exploration I’ve completed of the surrounding area. Trying to find a Chinese restaurant that still has quality in mind when they create their dishes is extremely hard to find. The business name is appropriate for how I’m feeling this evening.
