Giovanni's Roast Beef & Pizza — Restaurant in Hooksett

I have been a loyal customer to Giovannis Manchester store for over 10 years. I was driving and came across this location and thought great I can go for roast beef. We walked in and instantly thought, is this the same Giovannis? Employees wearing hoodies and baggy shorts with t-shirts. Manchester store they are all wearing the same shirts. I ordered the same as I always do.. Regular Roast Beef with cheese and sauce and my wife did the same with regular roast beef with mayo and cheese. I went to use the bathroom and passed a bench that was so dirty it looked like someone sleeps on it. When I came out I asked the hoodie wearing employee is his the same Giovannis as the others? He said yes it was. As I watched the woman in prepare our food she was eating her dinner at the same time kind of nasty. We decided to take our food to go. As we were driving I stared on mine. First issue, bun was super huge like whats up with this more bun than meat. There was minimal amount of bbq sauce on the sandwich (less than a tea spoon) the roast beef was cut up so small it was minced. I took the top of the bun tossed it, and folded the bottom half of the sandwich and ate it that way. VERY DISAPPOINTED. My wifes sandwich again minimal roast beef with warm mayo and cheese, all I thought was I hope she dont get sick. We will not be back at this...

Three strikes and your out! We come to this area often for sports, location is great… unfortunately the customer service is absolutely awful. The first time we were greeted with no smile, as if we were a burden to be ordering food at all. I felt so uncomfortable we left after we got our food. The second time we were greeted by an extremely rude man who was more interested in telling his manager how “the place would fall apart without him”. We sat that evening and ate our meal in shock and awe that such a public dispute was allowed to take place at the front counter. Third and final time. 2/13/22. A young pregnant woman greeted us at 7:58 pm with “ we are closing in a half and hour whatever you get can be grilled and you can’t dine in.”She was rude, short, grumpy. We sat and waited for our subs which were disgusting because they were rushed. During which time another 4people arrived and were told that were could not order. Luckily for them they had called ahead. At 8:22 pm we got into our car and immediately she turned the lights off, locked the doors and put the closed sign in the window. 8:30 pm is 8;30 pm… not 7;58… not 8:22….

Bottom line is that I’m disappointed with the service. The food, the experience. We will not waste our money again. I will not recommend this place to...

I've been to many Giovanni's before and this one is by far the worst! I've gone in person and asked about their half off pasta days and ordered from that menu just to go home and find out I paid full price when I just had the conversation with them. Their club sandwiches are disgusting and made poorly. If you order seasoned fries prepare to throw them out o couldn't even wipe the seasoning off of my fries there was so much had to throw them out. And to top it all off I ordered a chicken broccoli calzone and while I was eating it I almost chocked on a large wishbone shaped bone. I sent an email about it and didn't receive a response from them. I called them and told them I had the receipt and the bone still and asked if I could get my money back on the calzone that I couldn't eat. They told me it's not their problem because I didn't call them the day that it happened but I had ordered close to their closing time. They said I could've had to the bone laying around and just called them about it now. extremely unprofessional food establishment. I told them I was taking my business elsewhere and they seemed happy about it. Pay the couple extra bucks and go to pizza man down the street. They're professional and their food...
