Order not ready still after 10+ minutes. People in the back ignoring me. Seeing that I am in the mobile to go section looking for some thing and they’re just standing around talking and not inquiring what I’m looking for. Had to wait another 1 to 2 minutes for someone to come to the register to help me. Then when someone did they didn’t even say anything hi how can I help you I’m sorry about that what do you need how can I help you, nothing absolutely nothing I just happened to look up and someone was there so then I told them what I was looking for and what I was waiting for and picking up. This person then just went ahead and got my orders which is nice that’s fine but I purposely gave them time to get my order ready from the app went in the store 10 minutes later it still wasn’t done and then people ignore me and then I had to wait at the register 1 to 2 minutes for someone to help me and they’re just standing around back...

Thank you to the cashier "Dom" who can't count money correctly and stole my 10 bucks from my change. $20 for a donut that is 2 bucks and change and they gave my kids back $7 they ran inside for me to grab it for my son. It's pathetic that kids these days can't count money back even though the computer does all the math for you. So on this day your employee gave themselves a tip (check your cameras) or your drawer is over due to incompetence of giving change back to a customer... every single time I go to this dunkin there is a problem... give it time and it's still the same. Maybe if the workers cared more about the jobs they were supposed to be doing then the drama going on in town between themselves things would be less chaotic and more accurate... This Dunkin’ is the single worst establishment I’ve ever been to. Every single time I’ve had the misfortune of attending this dunkin they have messed my order up in a new and creative way. The staff is incredibly rude and very unskilled. Making drinks and sandwiches wrong, charging you for things you didn’t order, and giving incorrect change are just some of the things you can expect from this location. And don’t bother to tell them they made a mistake because they will roll their eyes and give you sas. I have had drinks spilled into my car on multiple occasions (both hot and cold.)
