A Wonderful Evening at The Salty Siren for Our Party of 11
Our recent dinner at The Salty Siren was an unforgettable experience. Hosting a group of 11 is no small feat, especially during the bustling holiday season, but the team at this charming seaside restaurant handled it with ease and elegance.
The moment we arrived, we were struck by the inviting ambiance. The restaurant boasts a perfect blend of coastal charm and casual sophistication. Ocean inspired decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the views of the water were simply breathtaking.
Our table was ready when we arrived, thoughtfully arranged to accommodate our large group while still feeling intimate. The staff greeted us warmly, and their attentiveness throughout the evening was exemplary.
The menu, a delightful mix of seafood specialties and creative dishes, offered something for everyone.
The service was impeccable. Our server ensured that drinks were refilled, plates were cleared promptly, and dietary preferences were accommodated without hesitation. Despite the size of our group, the flow of the evening was seamless.
The Salty Siren isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Whether it’s the stunning waterfront location, the expertly crafted dishes, or the warm and professional service, it’s clear they’ve mastered the art of hosting. Our group left thoroughly satisfied, already planning our next visit.

Read moreWe've been trying for months to get out to visit this restaurant and we finally decided to go. We weren't sure if we were going to get in or not because it was 6pm on a Friday night. But we got there and even though the parking lot was full once we got inside we were seated immediately. They have a lot of seating between inside, screen porch area, and the outside area. First off the hostess was patient and answered all of our questions before seating us. Our server was Ms Jessica and she was fabulous. She answered our question about the menu and she was very attentive during the entire meal. We started with calamari. It was fresh and lightly breaded. It was delicious. My wife got the flatbread with shrimp and scallops. She loved it. I got the grilled shrimp tacos(3) and they came with a side of chips and salsa. They were big with plenty of shrimp. I loved the jalapenos on top. Our son had butter noodles off of the kids menu. The atmosphere is great. We even got to watch fish jumping in the river. Even though the sun was bright coming in the window, it was perfect because that's what we came for, we came to experience dinner on the water. Also if the parking lot is full next to the restaurant they have overflow parking just down the road and they will come pick you up using a multi...
Read moreThis place was loud, like really loud on a Sunday evening. The seating is mostly tall tables with a few short tables. The hostess was semi-friendly and though we decided a tall table wasn't for us, told us there was no way to accommodate a lower table seating for two. Our waitress (Brittany E) was fantastic! Super friendly, welcoming, and quick on her feet. The food was okay. Photos of the food look phenomenal, portions are perfect, but taste was just that, "okay". I'm not sure what was going on with the fried pickles but we've definitely have had worse. It was quite chaotic so if you're looking for a nice sit down dinner, this isn't it. This is more like a bar setting with food (and hightop tables). So note that it's not like Riptide's where you can have normal volume leveled conversations.
Note to owners: Have someone sweeping the floors throughout the day. It was gross to see all the crumbs, slices of onions and smushed food on the ground.
For those reading: Still try it out for yourself. Everyone has different taste and like different dinner settings. Other patrons can also affect an experience as well (noise). So take my review for what it's worth, nothing more than...
