Yummy ice cream. Lots of choices. The hours are wrong on here since the store front said open but here it says closed. I'm sure a lot of people go by what it says on here. I know during the spring time is when softball and baseball and soccer starts and gets busy. People are always looking for an icecream shop after games and practices. I'd advise staying open till at least 9pm during that time. It doesn't seem to be a very busy place, but I think it's because nobody thinks it's open. Maybe extra advertising....maybe before school ends you give a free single scoop cone coupon to all the kids in the Hopkins school district...just a thought. And or give a free single scoop coupon to the HYSO teams. Or maybe I'm wrong...just don't wanna see them go out...

The owner told me he specializes in seasonal fruit varieties. After sampling a few different flavors, I decided to have a double scoop of raspberry ricotta (yes, really) and blueberry cheesecake. And my partner had roasted banana. The raspberry ricotta tasted like it should have been served in a fancy Parisian restaurant and the blueberry cheesecake was right at home in West Michigan (if only I was still ten years old and it was running down my arm).
