Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hopkinton

i had the worst dunkin experience at this location on thursday july 22nd 2021 around 11am. when i got to the window the MANAGER (who did confirm to me he was the manager) did not say a single word to me. not a hello, didn’t tell me the total, didn’t say a thing. stuck his hand out the window for my money. handed me drinks and food without a word. i asked him if he was the manager and he said yes. i told him it was strange he didn’t greet me or even bother to say a word to me. he said ‘i’m just a little tired today’. im sorry you are tired, but that is not the way a manager of any establishment treats a customer. this isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience at this dunkin, it’s actually just about every time i go. if you ask for something they’re out of, they just say ‘no’ to you. not even a ‘sorry we’re out of that today, we have (this) instead’. it’s rude and unpleasant. this has happened to me countless times. ive had friendly baristas here, i know they exist. ive gone to this dunkin as long as i can remember. if the owner knew this was how the manager treated customers i’m sure they would not be happy and i really hope they are...

I had an outstanding experience at Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Kathy!! Her energy and enthusiasm was incredible. She greeted us with a warm and welcoming tone, making the entire interaction feel incredibly personal. Kathy’s humor while taking our order was fantastic and added a fun twist to our daily routine. Her exceptional service and lively attitude made this the best Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve ever had in my life! Kudos to Kathy for making our drive-thru visit truly memorable! THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE!!! However, it doesn’t stop there, we got a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant that was perfectly toasted and was the best one I ever had! We also got hashbrowns that were fried perfectly with a crispy outside but soft and flavorful inside. We also got the kiwi, watermelon refresher and iced tea both very good. The Dunkin Team there did a fantastic job and we will be back...

Apparently they have a "no reusable cups" policy? So they are extra dedicated to creating waste? On one visit, the server told me she could make my coffee in a plastic cup and then pour it in (something to do with cleanliness? Which is not a ServSafe policy, to be sure. Certified in 3 states and Canada, right here). She made the coffee, stirred it, poured it in my glass cup, topped off my glass cup with more coffee, and stirred it again. So whatever hazy idea of cleanliness they are trying to sustain here, she just totally undid it. Also, they get everything wrong, they have obscenely long wait times, and they are generally bad at their jobs. This is Rhode Island. Coffee shops are on every corner. Don't waste your money...
