B P Inn — Restaurant in Horton Township

Tgis was my first ever experience here. I ordered the taco salad with the BP Inn sauce. It was actually really good. The waitress completely forgot about us, though. We had to go up to the bar to get our refills. It wasn't busy when we walked in, but it sure did get busy after we got there! I was a little bummed out that we were completely forgot about. She got our order, one of us got a refill then we had to go up to the bar after that. We literally never saw her again until...

Good flavor in the food, just overcooked. Wings were so dry, and burgers had no moisture left. I'd give them another try though, just based on the flavor. I hear the hot dogs are great. edit, one year later: We went back...I was in the mood for wings. Big mistake. Seriously, like chewing on shoe leather. If they'd take them out of the frier 5 minutes sooner, I bet they'd at least be edible. I guess I have to try the dogs next...

I have been there twice in the last month with some friends. Food both times was very good and more than just typical bar food. Service both times was pretty slow but they apologized profusely and the service staff was friendly. All restaurants are having staffing issues so as long as you're not in a huge rush and understanding, I would highly recommend...
