Update: the owner has contacted me, and she apologized for the way the situation was handled. She said that she will be happy to replace my pizza at a later date, and she told me that’s what should have been what I was told in the first place. I really appreciate her, and her actions prove she does care about her business and customers.
I’ve eaten at Beano’s pizza many times, and I always order the same pizza. I get a Veggie Deluxe pizza without onions/peppers & sub mushrooms & extra olives. My absolute favorite part of the pizza is the green olives. The olives give the pizza tons of flavor. Last night, I placed a to-go order of a Veggie Deluxe pizza. As we were eating our pizza, we discovered that none of our slices had green olives. This upset me because it’s my favorite part, so I called to speak to a manager. She informed me that they were out of green olives and that the waitress must have forgotten to tell me about it. She then said I could bring the pizza back, and they would make me a different pizza. I told her we had eaten some of it, and she said well I’m not going to replace it if you’ve eaten some of it. It must not be that bad if you ate it. I told her that I wanted the correct pizza on a different day when they had the ingredients, and she refused and said they couldn’t do that. I did NOT get what I ordered, and they didn’t do anything for me. The overall attitude of the manager was condescending, and I can certainly take my business elsewhere. Ordering online was easy enough except when I got to the tip it wouldn't add the decimal correctly and wanted to leave a tip for hundreds of dollars, so we opted for cash. We placed the order and we given a confirmation with 20 minute time frame the order would be ready. When my husband arrived to pick it up, he was told it would be another 20 minutes and "We should have known it would be at least 40 minutes and he's have to come back." Why would we know that? When he came back, they matter-of-factly told him they'd canceled our drinks because they didn't sell what we ordered (not they ran out but don't sell it) why then was it an option to order? Read moreso i came here today to pick up my instructors order and i’m rushing so i didn’t check the boxes thumbs down for me but double thumbs down for the store.. long story short it took them so long for what? a terribly incorrect order.! the store was basically empty but here’s the real problem out of the 3 pizzas i ordered one was wrong and i got an empty box. there’s one woman here that never messed up and is always quick with service i just wish all the employees could be like that but instead they’re on their phone and handing out empty boxes and wrong pizzas for orders lol. this was a learning experience check your...
