I would like to preface this review, they are still in a soft open stage. Which means they are still working out the kinks, training staff, finding what menu items are popular, etc. Anybody who has worked hospitality like me and my family understand how difficult that can be. I've eaten here about 5 times now. Brought my parents out, and they were impressed. The staff is always so friendly and inviting, as a local I've been very impressed. I had Alex as my server, and she did an awesome job. The theme might not be everybody's cup of tea but, after speaking with the owner, they are a rodeo family. Seems to run in their blood. And the place is tastefully decorated. I'm a sucker for prime rib, and I've tried prime rib at many restaurants across the US. Potato was so cold the butter never came close to melting...total for the meal which was just the pathetic steak and potato and a drink (non alcoholic) was $57 dollars....will never go back or recommend to anyone. Even my nephew would not eat the mac and cheese. He's only 7 and we ended up paying additional because he asked to go to the salad bar instead....service was good but food was absolutely terrible. Don't recommend this...
