I am also experiencing the same problem as other Groupon purchasers. I have tried to contact the vendor with no success. I contacted Groupon in hopes of either verifying the phone number or receiving an alternate number. Here is what I received from Groupon customer support:
I’m sorry you’ve had trouble getting in touch with the merchant. We’ve reached out to them on your behalf so they can assist, and you should hear back from them within three to four business days.
If you don’t hear from the merchant within that time frame, please let me know. You can reply directly to this email, and I’ll investigate further.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope to resolve this for you soon.

They even made a rainy afternoon a blast. The product they produce is clean, crisp, with a creamy back and no "vodka" after taste!
