Walked in to place an order ,older female replacing cups never stated hello can I take your order ,stood waiting for almost 10 minutes on her to complete her task ,then she walked over to the register and just looked at me never said can I take your order ,I asked are you ready for me she said yes very nasty I stated didn’t know you was ready for me you didn’t say anything ,she then replied I was working! Very unprofessional ,showed no empathy to the customer ,no greeting when you walked in . People should be trained better on customer service and no matter the day or time a greeting should always be given to a person None the less I will not patronize an establishment that treats me disrespectful ,so I refused service and left Please work on your customer skills for...

RAW RAW RAW CHICKEN STRIPS IF I GET SICK I'LL KNOW WHO TO SUE!!!! I've been at Memorial Herman hospital with my grandmother since Wednesday, so I thought it would be a great idea to go get a quick burger through drive-thru so I did just that and rushed back to hospital when I got there found out they gave me chicken stripes I said oh well let me try them . My goodness I gagged!!!!!! Half on down side or upper side how ever you want to take it was RAW i put a picture where one small piece of chicken was cooked and thats the one that looks whiter than the rest . Excited to have another food option close to work (IAH). My first ever visit to a Checkers. The fries? AMAZING!!! The burger ("Big Buford" double)? Pretty average. Obviously they can't change the company protocol, but the burger was cold. Cold bread, cold cheese, luke-warm meat, not to mention, pretty small. Almost a kid's size at most other burger places. Too bad it wasn't a slightly toasted bun and hot, melty cheese, it could have made it so much better!
