I had a horrendous experience with this location on Saturday Nov. 1st. I ordered online 2 medium pizzas and a coke zero. The timer thingy said it should be at my address at around 820pm. So I paid and added a $4.50 tip. Around the timetable pizza was supposed to arrive, I receive a phone call from the store. The person said that it would be another 2 to 3 hours because they were short drivers. I have a starting teenager... I can't wait that long! So I asked him when will the pizza be ready, he states that they had mot even made it yet. This seemed odd to me. I should have chosen a more reliable pizza place like Sarpinos or Papa John's, but because I have worked for Dominoes (Driver and Asst. Manager) i tries to be understanding. I told the person to make the pizza and I will come pick it up. So I get dressed (was already in for the night) and drive to the store, not even a mile away. O arrive there, and its busy, but not that busy. I can see the pizza oven was loaded and there were half a dozen orders sitting on the heating rack. I told the man my name, and he walked off. I thought he was checking for my order. So I sat down and waited. I sat there for 30 minutes while I watched about 5 or 6 customers come in, get their order and leave. I also saw 4 drivers come in, get 1 order, and head out the door. The 4th one didn't even have a delivery to take. Thirty minutes of me sitting there, I am noticing the pizza oven in clearing out. I asked the .an about my order and he asked me for my name again. He went to the heating racks and picked up two pizzas sitting on the top rack, that had been there the whole time I was sitting waiting. MY ORDER WAS READY THIS WHOLE TIME!!!! Flustered, I got my order and left the store. I got in my car and realized I did not have my Coke Zero. I went back in and asked for my soda. They were out. I had to take a regular Coke instead. I asked what about the delivery fee and tip I had omputnon the ticket. He said it would have to refund my card and charge it again, and they were too busy to do this.
As mentioned before I worked for Domino's. When we inconvenienced a customer, we bent over backwards to make it right. This crew had zero interest in doing that. I was infuriated and decided to leave. All night it seethed in my mind about how they were so apathetic towards their mistake. So the following day I called and got the same guy. I wasn't going to get anywhere with him so I hung up.
A great injustice was done by this store, and they could care less This is my local Domino's , so I will no longer be receiving deliveries from them. I paid 30 dollars for 2 6 dollar pizzas and an improper beverage to be delivered that I had to pick up. What a joke. Avoid this...
Read moreTHIRTY YEAR RESIDENT AND GENUINE REVIEW... The Stella Link location has definitely changed since the husband and wife duo left. Today we received a pizza that was not made properly. There was no butter seasoning on the crust which left our throats parched from the dryness and lack of flavor. We politely called to speak with the manager on duty. A young lady who's name begins with M was very rude on the phone. She offered to deduct from the 6 slices eaten to give me ONLY the difference of one pizza. I asked her how we would be compensated for the inconvenience. She said she wouldnt answer that question I then said to her, "so you think its okay to have a customer call you to tell you that you have given them a subpar product, inconvenience them with a 20 minute phone call then nickle and dime them for 6 slices of pizza?" She ignored me.
On top of that driving back and leaving a disabled relative to do so? She ignored me. Wow!
All I can say is the Stella Link Dominoes location needs to do a better job with hiring. (Take a page out of the Chic-fil-A business model---quality, well paid staff, quality training and strict customer service guidelines = return customers and loyalty). You get out of it what you put into it.
The husband and wife team that worked there for many years were AMAZING and kind. This young girl today was absolutely awful and bad for business. Taking our business elsewhere.
Please do better.
Update: spoke with manager on duty, Priscilla (absolutely professional young lady)...she is who you need up front. Respectful. Thoughtful. Caring . This isnt about pizza. It's the principle. Thank you for allowing Priscilla to address the issue. We wont be returning but Priscilla should...
Read moreOrdered a pizza on line for curbside pickup. Got to Domino’s between pickup time, sat in my car after checking in & waited. Several persons were in their cars as well. Then people started going inside. A few minutes later I also went in. I was told that my pizza had to be remade without any reason why. I waited as the others were being helped since they went in before me. Finally I asked if my pizza was being made yet, was told it was just in the oven & would be about 6 minutes. I was very pushed for time by that time. A man brought his drink back , as another was waiting along with me. So chaotic. I finally told the lady I had been thete about 15 minutes & I had to go. Later on I called & spoke with someone who said was Robin. Told her what had happened & asked to have my money reversed to my credit card. She said it would take a few days, but I would have to come there to get a refund receipt. This person showed no customer service skills. Without customer service, that place would not survive, but she didn’t seem to matter. Did she apologize, offer anyway to makeup for the way they handled their jobs, for my wasted gas& trip, having to quickly get other food. I wouldn’t have to do all that extra if only my pizza ready. The corporate office contacted both me & the Stella Link location regarding the matter, but do you think anyone reached out to me in any way……No they have not. So losing customers doesn’t seem to matter to them. Soooo I just changed the Domino’s I will use...
