Focus Physique Fit is a multi-functional complex that will provide activities, skill development and training programs for various age groups and demographics. We are building an establishment that benefits more than your average gym patron, but for families, professional athletes and organizations. By including retail shops, food spaces and rentable event spaces, we will increase our income beyond gym memberships. This way, Focus Physique Fit will be able to reach a broader span of clientele than our competitors.

Our complex will include, over 200 premium gym machines and equipment, power lifting racks, 2 indoor 75 yard football and soccer turf rooms, 2 indoor/outdoor basketball courts (including 1 NBA regulation size court), batting cages, women’s training rooms, personal training, racquetball, saunas, private group exercise rooms, yoga and spin studios, kids’ clubs, locker rooms, FLEX Rooms, a rehabilitation center, spray tanning for competitions, fitness challenges, a courtyard with patio seating, an outdoor playground, retail spaces, a restaurant, an event space, pro athlete amenities including but not limited to private VIP dressing rooms, and private VIP entrance with covered parking.

Enjoyed the smoothie and açaí energy bowl. Place is clean and staff very friendly. I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu. Just one critique and for those ordering online, it states the online orders will be to the left of the counter and you can see from the store window the area for pick up orders. I was on the phone and arrived just on time and since I could see my order wasn’t ready yet I stayed outside on the phone not to disturb other customers. After he helped a few people and about 15 minutes I went inside and stated I had a to go order and he put it together fast. I asked if for to go orders, you need to come in the store and let them know you are he he said “well, no” but I didn’t get an explanation. Just for future customers, if it’s not ready go inside and check and I would change your instructions for pick up online in case people are in a time...

Really disappointed at how long I had to wait considering I was only 1 of 2 that just walked in. I asked for recommendations on putting together an açaí bowl, but they kept showing me to the fill out sheet. I know I am suppose to fill it out, but could you recommend your best toppings? Anyway... I was early to work, decided to stop by, and ended up late because they took way too long making it. Not sure why it takes them about 20 mins to throw everything in a blender and put toppings in a container. But for the price, it's not worth the money nor the wait. Presentation was not all that, and the taste is nothing to come back for considering it's $9 for a small container. Also, I asked for hot water to fill my hydration container, in which they did not even have hot water... health dept would not be happy to hear this....
