Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

This Jack in the Box sucks. Do not waste your time coming here. This is the fourth time that I showed up between 9:20 and 9:30 and they had the Lobby closed and locked up it clearly states on the door they're open until 10. I was finally frustrated and went through the drive-thru to ask the employer why it was closed so early she said what was the problem. And I said well I'm hungry I want to sit down and eat and to that she said what's wrong with eating in your car in the parking lot and laughed. Will for one I don't come to eat in my car and make a mess of the inside of my vehicle. I want to go to a fast-food place at 9:20 or 9:30 and be able to go inside and sit down so that the crumbs of the mess or left on the table and not all in my floorboard in my car seat. The fact that she would even say that in laughs means that she doesn't care and is a worthless employee. But what can you expect when you hire ghetto people for a restaurant in the ghetto. Cross this place off the list I don't want to speak to corporate office and complain and hopefully start working on getting this location shut down unless it's not a franchise location and it's an individually owned then I guess they can pretty much do whatever they want and we as customer just either have to deal with it or go somewhere else. But I for one will never come back to this place again because I think that was extremely rude for the lady at the window to...

This the most disgusting establishment ive ever seen. Cooks making food with no gloves, i watched him Scratch himself several times and then immediately put his hands back into the ladies as he was making peoples tacos. The cashier had gloves in with him exchange money several times but never change them the code that kept scratching himself while making people school with no gloves on head on red underwear I know he had on red underwear because he kept lifting his shirt and his pants sagging below is but. When I walked in the guy from the drive-through walked behind the register look me up and down and said “this Knigge SPF yeah I better get his order right or he look like he will get mad” it was no Manager and say no number to call and complain to an owner at all I hope whoever reads this review goes to another Jack-in-the-Box location anywhere but this one the lobby was disgusting the counters were not clean and the employees the cashier the drive-through guy and the Cook were all flirting and playing and carry-on with people that were in the lobby all while other customers were...

today 5/1/25 @7:30 am was the the 5th time I've been to this location.Today will be the last time I ever come to this cesspool.

The Mexican guy taking my breakfast order this morning was so disrespectful.

first of all I woke up early so I could buy breakfast before my kids went to school so I had 4 orders to make.As I was saying the first two orders he kept saying the total amount.I told him I wasn't done yet.He said "what you want? like how ghetto is that.Then he was sighing and saying "ommmmgggg"when I asked if he was new and don't know better. After he wouldn't let me continue my order I left.

it's not like I was holding up the line there was one car behind me and 3 ahead.I drive over the curb out the line and went and spent 30$ at Burger King and still was able to get them to school on time.......

gotta find another location cuz those Nashville hot chicken meal is...
