Stopped by around 7:40pm and ordered some of the dippers. The employee was on a personal call the entire time I was trying to order. Once I got home I noticed I wasn't given the cheese thats supposed to come with the pretzel. I went back up there less than 10 minutes later and the door was locked. The employee was still inside and saw me trying to open the door and immediately stepped back out of view. Based on the store hours they aren’t supposed to close until 10pm. It wasn't even 8:00. Ordered 2 subs via the Subway app. Subs were supposed to be ready by 9:25. I arrived at 9:30 and had to wait because my subs had not even began to be made. I saw the bread for my subs sitting at the end of the prep table, which I thought could be unsanitary. When the worker started to make my subs, he immediately informed me that there were no more red onions. So I asked for banana peppers. He said yes we have more, let me get them for you. I love this location. Each time the service is great. Wemberly and Lizet were so polite and patient with me and my order came out amazing!
