Vaughn's Restaurant — Restaurant in Hoyt Lakes

My coworkers and I were in this town due to work. We all sat down and were greeted by an older lady. She greets us, and I say hello back, to which she responds by glaring at me and staying quiet. And I'm not talking about a simple, quick silence. There are several moments she stares. I'm so confused by this and look around uncomfortably, and she starts speaking with the other 2 coworkers.

As more customers come into the parking lot, the waitress exclaims out loud, "Oh no, who are these yahoos? I don't want to be busy today." That tainted the rest of my experience there. My favorite place. It is warm, friendly, and cozy. When you walk in you are welcomed as if you are part of the family. I have tried just about every, but the kitchen sink. My two favorites if I had to pick would be the Reubens and Friday night Fish fry. I also add the shrimp. All you can eat. Oh, I can't forget the hot beef sandwiches and breakfast.
