This Taco Bell has become a joke in our household. We placed a $20 order online for pick up (not delivery). It said to pickup in 8 minutes and gave us the instructions in the picture. My s/o went to go and pick up our order 15 minutes after we placed our online order. When he got into the drive-thru (that was the only option we were getting at the time because it was later in the evening) and they said they did not have our order in the system. So I sent him the proof in screenshots. They began to argue with him, and the lady on the other end of the speaker began cussing at him because he was agitated that they had already taken our money, we had given them proof of that, yet they refused for over a half hour to try to make anything right. They even called the District Manager to try and tell my s/o we were out of luck because of an error not on our end at all. I was thoroughly disappointed on top of all of this when my s/o finally got home with our order after almost an hour of fighting to get the order we payed for, only to find that they completely messed up our order. I'm not sure how you do that in that situation. My s/o called and had to go BACK for our correct food. By the time he got back it was 12 am and we ordered just after 10 pm. I understand that they have no control over the orders placed online, but we should not have to fight with this measly restaurant for cheap food and they need to stand behind their company services even if they can't...
Read moreI went through the drive thru last night after I got off of work and was not provided my debit card back. I called back today, was advised that the card wasn't in the safe and that the closing manager would call me back. I patiently waited well after the closing manager arrived but did not receive a call, so I called back. I explained the situation and was immediately interrupted by her saying "I worked last night and no one left a debit card", I advised her that this was the ONLY place my card was used on 11/9/22 and that I did NOT get my card back. She was very rude and cut me off again and was said "well it's not here you didn't leave your card and we didn't take it so call your financial institution." There was no need for the rudeness or for the manager to conduct herself that way. She could have simply said "I was the closing manager last night, I apologize but I was not notified of a card being found and I am not showing one that was turned in." THAT SIMPLE. The way this transaction was handled was absolutely inappropriate. Being a manager in customer service myself, I can assure you that this is not the way to conduct business. I understand that you didn't have the card, but improve your...
Read moreWent tonight to pick up an order for my wife, drove back home (5min drive)
Walk inside, and hand her the bag
She had bought guacamole, sour cream etc.. on the side with her chips n cheese. We got all the sides
Ok good đ
Oh noâŚ
They forgot to reach up and grab the bag of chips.
Get back into the car calmly tell them I came back for the chips.
Now this is where I find issue, when you mess up take ownership of it and give them a free taco coupon or something..
The only reason I say that is because a similar issue happened to me 3-5 weeks ago at a Taco Bell in Fairborn.
Fairborn handled it professionally and according to good morals and respect for there customers.
They make good food at this location, just the service at Fairborn Taco Bell and surrounding Taco Bellâs have better leadership and...
