Brother's Pizza — Restaurant in Hudson

Food is so good but the customer service is terrible. I've ordered here 3 times in the last year. Every single time, delivery has taken over an hour (it's a ten minute drive to my house, if that) and they've forgotten something. They always offer to bring the forgotten item but it always takes an hour and a half to get it back. So one person gets left out and has to watch everyone else eat for an hour and a half before they get their food. And if you call to follow up (since it's now been 2.5 hours since the order and we're still missing food), they cop an attitude and literally say "what do you expect me to do about it". When they FINALLY bring the rest of my food, the driver offers to give me his TIP back. Like no man, the owner should be comping me a pizza or something not your tip. From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave , this place treats you like gold ! ! I have never been in a place where I've felt so welcome by all people . I hadn't been since before the pandemic and they greeted me by name . Can't say enough good things about Brother’s pizza . they always the best in the town , the pizza is always fresh and flaverful , very clean , their prices still less than any other pizza places with high food quality and very good quantity, I can’t imagine how they do that , all the stuff very friendly . I can't imagine going anywhere else , even my daughter and her friends love this place and love...

Protip: If you aren't even going to listen to your customers, then don't take orders over the phone!

Ordered: CHICKEN gyro with lettuce, onion, ROASTED peppers. Tzatziki is assumed as it's a gyro.

Got: "meat" gyro with some kind of awful deli meat, lettuce, onion, raw green peppers. No tzatziki. Dry and tasted terrible. At least the anger was free.

Easy way to waste $13 and 40 minutes. Won't be doing that again.
