Panda House — Restaurant in Hudson

Moved from around Louisville KY 12 years ago and my family fell in love with this place.We had many Chinese restaurants down south.. But this is hands down the best one I have ever ate at. A lot if people are complaining about them taking away the buffet.. But I saw people total abuse it. I went a couple times while they had the buffet and it was a very good price, but people would scarf food down like a bunch of vultures and I have never seen anybody but The husband and wife working. They work their tail end off as it is. They took it away because people came in and they couldn't keep up with only two people.. Plus you have people scarfing plate after plate down can you imagine the cost to them. They have very broken English and a lot of people are rude about that, but she knows us and is a very sweet person.. just shy! Sometimes it takes a little longer to get drinks... But there are only two people working on food so before you get your underpants all bundled up remember that.. The food always comes fast even when they are busy. I could go on but.. It is totally on my favorite...

Visiting some family in the area and decided to stop for some food. Walked in to (who I assume are the owners) watching tv and reading. Debated leaving but decided to stay. Had a little trouble ordering food (had to point to what we wanted). The bill was relatively cheap (about $30-$35 for 4 meals) and we sat down and waited for our food. HOLY COW WAS THERE A LOT OF FOOD!!! I ordered some BBQ boneless ribs and I swear they gave me an entire pig, and fried rice, and a giant spring roll and it was only like $7.50! The rest of my friends got their food and they had portions just as big! So cheap food, big portions, but how did it taste? I went to heaven. Every bite was better than the last. I tasted some of my groups food and theirs was just as good as mine.

Overall a bit of a language barrier, sketchy when you first walk in, but the food is amazing, cheap, and big portions. Everytime I pass this place, I will be stopping.

Highly recommend the BBQ...

Excellent Hunan chicken & fried rice. Lots of broccoli, onion, mushrooms, etc. Chicken good and good sauce. Fried rice with onion & green onion. Nice lady waitress + cook, same person, tipped extra. Open late for dining room since I couldn't get back to Adrian in time for late dinner.
