Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Hudson

I was grateful enough to have won the free “pizza of the year” last year in November and was given the Stromboli instead. I spoke with the owner to tell her I like only one topping (because of allergies) so I wouldn’t order anything that was on the Stromboli (which it comes with ham/Canadian bacon, bacon, green peppers, and onions). I told her I would only be getting pepperoni and cheese because it would be for my kids, hence entering for a 1 topping pizza. She explained to me I would be paying extra for the pepperonis even tho I wasn’t getting ANY of the other 4 things. Finally, after her attitude, I said fine, I would pay the $1.72 every week because I was still thankful for the winnings. I called in an order on Saturday night, only to be told that it was going to be my last order (when I had 4 week/Stromboli’s left ). The owner has no customer service and has always been rude when she answers the phone when I have called in my order over the past 11 months. I have always supported this little local pizza place, even before I won the contest and was sadden by the way I was treated. My girlfriend and I placed an order while watching the series chucky on peacock. We love horror movies and we’re fully immersed in the show. Our pizza was delivered in about 45 minutes, which was very acceptable. We ate a piece of cinnamon bread first, and immediately looked at each other in disbelief. We were no longer interested in the show we were watching, and we’re totally focused on the fiesta going on inside of our mouths. We then ate some pizza which was without a doubt the best in town. But as good as the pizza was, we couldn’t wait to get back to that dessert. We had our fill of the pizza, and finally got back to where we wanted to be. Our taste buds were begging us, saying please PLEEEASE bring the party back. We ate all but 3 pieces of cinnamon bread and went to bed. We woke up at 3 am thinking about the dessert. Amazing pizza! Along with the veggie pizza my mom wanted I got the buffalo chicken pizza, and the 6 meat pizza, it is wonderful!! The dough was very soft! And tasted and felt like it was hand tossed. You can tell my how good a pizza is by if you are full with 3 slices. And im a big person it normally takes alot to fill me up. If I'm ever around here again I will 100% return here and order their pizza! And a side note!
