Old School Liquor Bar — Restaurant in Huetter

I would give 5 stars if the waitress hadn't lost the $50 I gave her to pay my tab. Ended up paying twice because of this. Then she scolded me twice for not waiting til event was over to pay. I'm feeling pretty confident that she pocketed the $50 and then acted all surprised when I questioned her about it. The drinks weren't that good and the tacos weren't great either. Management did contact me regarding the $50 but then basically stated she saw me put money in my back pocket, which was way after the $50 I gave the waitress and was a $20 as I was going to order one more drink and give her the rest as a tip. I explained this to management and I was informed she would continue to investigate. So $90 dollars later $50 DISAPPEARED, yeah. Unless this is resolved in me getting my $50 back, I definitely won't be back. Sad really, I was pretty happy until my $50 disappeared.

Oh, and the waitress had several peoples orders on a few tickets and we all had to wait around to have her properly split the bills. Very disorganized and they don't have actual "tickets" only little pocket notepads so it's no wonder it was a MESS getting...

Old School Liquor bar is outstanding. For people thinking of checking the place out for the first time, please don’t be deterred by the older reviews. This location was previously a different bar with a less than stellar reputation. The new owners have completely remodeled the place. By completely, I mean gutted and rebuilt. The restrooms were not just revamped, they were torn out and built new at the opposite end of the building. Beautiful widows that used to be covered up are now exposed and provide wonderful natural light. Previously hidden brick work is now visible and adds a lovely country charm. The décor is western elegance at it’s best. The staff is engaging, knowledgeable, and makes a damn fine drink. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a roomy bar, pool table, darts and even a back deck where you can enjoy a smoke with your drink. There is a ton of parking and soon there’ll be a food...

It was my first time visiting this bar and I came with a group of friends that had been before. Unfortunately the kitchen closed early but we were able to order food to be delivered so no worries. My chief complain and the reason for my poor review is that my entire impression was unfortunately curated by a single disgruntled worker. Our server was rude, made sarcastic quips, and all but told us to leave.

We weren’t able to order drinks at the bar and avoid our “server” as she said they couldn’t just “do whatever is convenient for us”. When Molly realized I was trying to avoid her, she intentionally brought me the wrong beer. I didn’t complain as to start another confrontation with Molly.

I don’t normally leave poor reviews but this service was exceptionally bad. Had I not been with a group I would have left immediately. Needless to say my only recommendation is to seriously...
