If you’re in Humacao and haven’t tried Fredo’s yet, you’re missing out. It’s a small, cozy spot, but the food speaks for itself. Way better than the big-name chains—this place actually puts flavor first.

This place is a hidden gem in Humacao's towncenter. The food is very good. Every main dish includes one side. The octopus salad is exceptional and the mashed malanga is greatly recommended as a side. The classic mofongo is also pretty tasty and moist. I would definitely eat...
