I am a local. First off, this is not a luxury restaurant. However the food is amazingly delicious and I’d say it can compete head on with any high price restaurant. It has two sections: the “chinchorro” at the front, where you eat outside; and the restaurant in the back, where you eat indoors with a/c and everything. The staff is very friendly and the entire premises have been well kept and clean every time I’ve gone there. Amazing local spot for great food. We got the snapper and the skirt steak and both were fantastic. I've had snapper (chilleno) in many places in Puerto Rico and this was by far the best.

It looks like a walkup window, but you can also find a seat and the staff will come to you with a food menu. While knowing Spanish would be helpful here, it wasn't a barrier.
