This was one of my favorite restaurants on our trip around Puerto Rico. It is a great local bar + restaurant located on the side of the road far enough away from the coast that it doesn't feel touristy at all. The parking is a bit iffy but a spot opened up for us and we didn't have to wait long. We ordered delicious piña coladas that were in my top 5 for the island (and I tried a lot). We decided to forego individual dishes in favor of La Barrank thinking that that would be fairly easy to finish for a family of 6 that eats quite a bit. We were so wrong. Our server later told us La Barrank is supposed to feed 8-12 and I'd agree. Everything was very good but the chicken gizzards (mollejas) were a happy surprise.
