Let me transport you to some shows like: No Reservations, hosted prior his death by Anthony Bourdain, or Somebody Feed Phil, hosted by Phil Rosenthal! I mean is serious. La Casa de Margies you could see Team Work, as well enviroment very very local. 20! Out of 10! You could see Golden age neighbors, as well as workers around, moms with their kids, just going there like any other one goes to a McDonnalds for a quick lunch...I mean, this the root local QSR you could ever find, no JOKE!!

Expectations meets in my case my children were beyond satisfied after their meal and they are huge critic's but this hit the spot for all of us everything was on point food hot and ready to eat. I'm not sure what many people expect from this place when it come down to cleanliness and talking about the cats, its ok to see animal outside in Puerto Rico that's normal other than that place looked great and I thank goodness I didn't run into any issues. PERFECTO. Gracias ... I bought all the Pinchos the regular one Pincho de pollo con bbq, pinchofongo(Mofongo),pincholaito(Bacalaito),pinchopurria(Alcapurria). / Si busca llenarte la bariga aqui lo haras buen provecho y que difrutes y perdona que hay gatos por ahi como quiera son parte de la vida.

The food is good BUT the service is abysmal. Similar to someone who had reviewed before, I arrived at 10:05am because both facebook and google maps said the place opened at 10:00am. Upon walking up, the employees were talking among themselves until one of them very rudely shouted at me and my friend “we open at 10:30”. My issues isn’t with what time they opened but in the manner the employee spoke to me. When you work in customer service, first impressions of the location comes from the employees at the front line. Whoever owns this place should speak with their employees about this or replace them, as they are terrible for the business.

Expectations meets in my case my children were beyond satisfied after their meal and they are huge critic's but this hit the spot for all of us everything was on point food hot and ready to eat.   • HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE *

If you are going to eat in this place you should know that if the food is bad it is better that you eat it. If you are going to change it, prepare to enter into a fight with the cashier and owner, if the food is good or not. Prepare for the owner to shout and humiliate you in front of customers and employees. After the humiliation he told his cashier to give me the money.

This place has been recommended by me on many occasions and I have taken family and friends.

Until the day arrived that I had to change an order. Literally the owner shouted and humiliated me in front of all his clients and employees. And I tried the food and said it was good, making me look like I wanted to change the dish because I wanted to.

The worst experience I've had anywhere.

Si vas a comsumir en este lugar debes de saber que si la comida esta mala es mejor que te la comas. Si vas a cambiarla preparate a entrar en lucha con la cajera y dueño, de que si esta buena o no la comida. Preparate para que el dueño te grite y te humille delante de los clientes y empleados.

Este lugar ha sido recomendado por mi persona en muchas ocasiones y he llevado a familiares y amigos.

Hasta que llego el dia que me toco cambiar una orden. Literalmente el dueño me grito y me humillo delante de todos sus cliente y empleados. Hasta probo la comida y dijo que estaba buena haciendome ver como si yo queria cambiar el plato por que quisiera.

The food is good, specially the pinchos and to be more specific the pincholaito oh goshhhh. Unfortunately, There is a horrible cat feces smell that does make you want to leave and cats are everywhere. It is not their fault, but the cats are in their place where people eat the food. Some even climb the tables and get close to your food. The owner of this place is not the nicest person when approaching with recommendations he will not accept your idea and will tell you are absolutely wrong. They have a Facebook page were people keep telling what needs to be fixed, including the cat problem over there, but they will ultimately say that you are wrong about everything and will delete the reviews leaving only those that are positive. The place has potential, but the owner keeps procrastinating it. I tried the one from Fajardo and its better, but I had to wait 3 hours for 2 pinchos. Avoid weekends or you'll be stuck in there for hours. Weekdays are...
