Olas — Restaurant in Humacao

My family and I (group of 13 people) visited this establishment during our vacation for dinner. Our waitress was really nice. We ordered based on 3 groups and we sat together in groups to make it easy for the waitress. We ordered our appetizers which were brought out on 1 plate but we were never told it was until 1 of our other groups questioned why their appetizers were not brought out. Apparently even the waitress wasn’t told the kitchen did this because it took her awhile to figure it out. We waited 1 1/2 hours to be told our food was NEVER made. Our waitress was visibly upset, she could not stop apologizing. I would not recommend this...

Local place. Friendly crowd. For me, the food didn't do it. However, I was not looking for an authentic experience. It was one of those nights where I needed a homogenised corporate sanctioned meal that I could order off a drive through menu. My family enjoyed it and sampled a wide range of snacks while celebrating my husband's birthday and return to Humacao. I should mention I am not from here and am slowly experimenting with foods out of my comfort zone. So try it out and see for yourself. Waitress was talking on her cell phone most of the time. Had to keep on going to counter to order. When the food did come the waitress didnt bring eating utensils or napkins. Had to go to counter to get those. Besides this unfit for the restaurant business waitress the food was good. It's an open air restaurant & there was a nice fresh breeze blowing. The music also was nice & the beers cold. Mens room is brand new & very clean. If it weren't for the service given by this waitress would've given it a 5. Also...
