Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Humacao

The service was so poor. The server took the drink orders (2 waters, 2 Cokes) and returned 15 minutes later with 3 Cokes & 0 waters. She then took the food order and made sure to repeat it for accuracy ✅. The food was good, but the service from the servers was horrible, we had like 3 people bringing our food and they had an attitude........then to top that off, our server with other workers were cursing and throwing utensils at each other, for me this was completly and utterly UNACCEPTABLE! I wont be coming back...

Horrible la experiencia. El peor pizza hut que he ido. La gerente trato super mal a los clientes, gritándole en pleno salón. Aparentemente por que estaba sola en la cocina. Situación que el cliente no tiene culpa. Ademas la gerente gritaba desde la cocina que no iba a tomar más órdenes. Empezó a gritarle a los consumidores y a sus empleados con una frustración increíble. Soy cliente de más de 15 años de ese restaurante y no volveré a comer en ese restaurante. Pobre de los empleados que trabajan ahí bajo esas condiciones de trabajo horrendas. El cliente ni los empleados tienen culpa de la mala planificación gerencial para sus turnos de trabajo.
