RUSTIC SHACK CAFE LLC — Restaurant in Humansville

This little hometown diner is worth the visit. Very laid back and casual atmosphere and the food is great. Everything I have ordered has been delivered to our table fresh and hot. And unlike big chain restaurants, they can cook to order. Low sodium diet? No problem here. We have family dinner here almost every Friday night. They are super accommodating, moving tables together and splitting checks for us. The wings are great, the chicken strips are great, the burgers are great, and they have hand dipped ice cream. Like any other business in a small town, workers come and go. So, yes, you may get a new server learning their way, but they are friendly and that goes a long way. They have really cleaned this place up since purchasing. I would like to see them add shakes to the menu, but we will keep going as long as they welcome us...

When my party of six got there we didn't get waited on. There were 4 other parties that came in after us, that got waited on way before us. We said something, the owner just said she's working on it. The owner continued to sit there instead of helping. Finally we get waited on. We got other customers food instead of our own food. Then we only had 3 of our people in our party get there food about 15 minutes before the other 3 got there's. The owner still just sat there and apologized, but didn't get up and assist his workers.
