First time being here. Went out for our wedding anniversary. My husband and I just left and I have to say, the prime rib is delicious! My husband and I both had the prime rib and he was very impressed for sure! Having access to a salad bar is always a huge win in my book! And the salad bar was clean and well organized. The fries were crisp and cooked to perfection. All in all the food was amazing. We will definitely eat here again. Now talking about the service! Our waitress was on her A game. She was attentive from a distance to give us space, but was ready when we needed refills. Our beverages never emptied! She was on the ball, and not just with us. Everyone she served while we were there had excellent service! I wish I could remember her name, but she had a tattoo of trees on her arm. We stopped here for lunch on our way back home to Minneapolis. We sat in the lower level of the bar which was totally fine with us. Our server was a nice young lady and I'm guessing this is her first job. She could use some training on how to be a great server. We both ordered iced tea for our drinks. We were disappointed the tea wasn't fresh brewed. Fresh brewed tastes so much better than fountain. My boyfriend had the side salad to start. Not a bad little salad. I had the ham and bean soup. It was more carrot with a few beans and tiny, tiny sparse ham pieces. We both ordered fish tacos. We love to try fish tacos wherever we find them. Went here for the first time for a birthday dinner. It was not crowded , we were seated right away and the staff and server were pleasant. We ordered the sliced beef brisket meal. Tender , slightly smoky and savory, sweet bbq sauce. This is not like a TX brisket with the heavy smoke flavor but very good in its own right. Very generous serving. The spicy mac n cheese was very cheesy with an italian kind of flare. But....the star of the show was the Poutine. I will be back for this dish guaranteed!
