Sea Salt at the Beach — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Discovered this place after years of not coming and it did not disappoint!! First off, you are by the beach with great entertainment, how can you complain? The 1 downfall is that you can't bring in your own water. You can bring and empty water bottle but they make you dump of the liquid. Which is fine, if you offer ice water. However, they do not. You either buy a bottle or they will give you an empty cup to go to the water fountain. Really, come on. Lost a star for that for sure.

Great way to listen to music by the beach. You can't beat the views or weather. You can look at their schedule for who is playing. Sat at 1pm, they offer free line dancing which is also a blast. Small dance floor but you make it work.

Heritage BBQ is also the food option here which is yummy but pricey. Lines aren't as long as their SJC location either. But it's a more limited menu.

Parking is only in the State parking lot which could be full/closed during summer peak days. Totally great...

You can't sit beachside and drink a beer at too many places nowadays! This was the perfect setup, and covid safe. My daughters could play in the sand while we sipped canned beer and listened to live music. Food was okay, burgers, chicken, and fries mostly. Their specialty looked to be fresh squeezed lemonade and BBQ. Fire pits are setup with chairs within their patio area for an open loungey environment. Great vibes, good family spot. If you like to ride your bike thstd the best way to come to this spot. There's plenty of bike parking or you can bring your bike to your table. Lots of car parking but the steep $15 per car day pass (State park fee) will incentivise you to stay for the day to make the parking...

Our group headed over to this place after finding out that another beach location was closed. It’s called Honky Tonk and had that type of music. We weren’t thrilled but found out that there were bottomless mimosas. We enjoyed our drinks and food. Some people got breakfast burritos and we also asked for one burrito to be separated without the tortilla. Unfortunately they didn’t complete our request but after opening the bag before leaving, they redid our request. The food is a bit expensive but it was pretty good and everyone enjoyed their meal.
