Experience Tennessee Redbuck's Mercantile is a unique and fun place for the whole family. It is a delightfully fun spot to get some good food from their menu, get a beer or cold drink, and icecream. On game day you can watch your favorite team on their big TV’s, play a round of cornhole on the patio, shoot some pool, or just sit and visit with friendly people. But don’t forget to make the time to visit with Hank who officiates on the patio, he is the official greeter and resident calf. YES they have a calf who is calm, both adults and young enjoy the opportunity to rub his ears and sit with him to people watch at Redbucks. Found at 108 Banks Street in Huntland, TN the historic marker proudly displayed in front gives a nod to its past as Hunters Grocery. Constructed in 1918 Redbucks continues to proudly serve this community with a nod to the past. Inside you will find many original memorabilia, you will enjoy seeing the old fixtures and photos. The owners and staff are attentive and work hard to provide a nice place where everyone is welcome. Redbucks love their town of Huntland, TN and do various events to assist the local community. Ginnie Bush knows most of the patrons and will take good care of you while you're visiting. She stays busy behind the bar and in the kitchen while greeting everyone with a sweet smile. Ginnie doesn’t tolerate drama, and keeps a close watch on everyone. Most weekends you can find live music across the street at the bins and train cars. There are always fun activities here and it’s not unusual to see many motorcycles. This is the perfect place to make a stop when riding in the area. They're known for their platters and cheeseburgers. Our friend Ricky Tipps recommended the smoked bologna served on a platter with cheese and crackers. Go spend some time in this sweet town and make some new friends.
