Under cooked food to the point of being dangerous. Having competed in steak cook-offs, I know a little something about steak. Having said that, I don't expect Peter Luger Steakhouse from a gut truck at NASA. However, I do expect to not get Trichinosis after eating from one. I was really excited to try the G.O.A.T. with fries. That excitement turned to disappointment when I got back to the office and saw the carrion in a styrofoam box. The steak was obviously still frozen when put on the griddle. You can tell by the icy texture of the internal meat. I ordered my meat to be medium-rare but didn't even get rare. It was cooked to a cool level of barely defrosted. Besides the terribly undercooked level of the steak, it was of poor quality and completely unseasoned. The amount of convective tissue prevented the ability to cut the meat with the provided plastic knife. I keep an extremely sharp knife in my office. So I pulled it out, ran it through the sharpener a couple of times for good measure, and I still couldn't cut the dang thing. Then there are the barely warm fries. They were soft, soggy, and way undercooked. Throwing a bunch of Tanjin on them didn't make them any more edible. This was definitely my last time at this truck.

We attended the Food Truck Rally last Friday where I got their mushroom Swiss burger. They fries and onion rings were both incredible. That was a 10/10 first impression so told my husband we had to go to their restaurant for him to try it. Chef Marko came to our table to go over the whole menu and some. I love having actual side dishes and not just fries and coleslaw like some places. Lol They brought home made rolls out that were sweet and so yummy, with a delicious butter with salt flakes. YUM! We got their last crab cake as an appetizer that came with an onion salad? Both were amazing. I like crab cakes but not the overly soggy, ones. These were a perfect crispy combo. For dinner I got the street potatoes with strips of steak, chimchurri, tajin, cheese and more. My husband ordered the 16oz ribeye with mixed mushrooms as his side. He devoured it lol the mushroom mix was incredible. I will disclaim the wait time is a bit long so if you’re in a rush this is not where you wanna stop, but for everything to be hand cut and home made it is worth that wait! Such a great addition to our side of town with only Mexican restaurant sit down food

I can't say enough good things about my experience at the food truck venue yesterday! The size of the hand cut steak was no less than ginormous! In fact the portions where so large I'm eating the left over half while I'm writing this. I ordered a ribeye with loaded fries and a loaded steak salad for my wife. While waiting I watched as a gentleman was cutting steaks inside the truck...DUDE! That couldn't be the size of the steaks their serving?!....out of a food truck?! Many restaurants don't serve cuts that thick! Sure enough it was and was cooked perfectly. My wife raved about the HUGE steak salad she got as well! It came to about 40 total and of course I try to tip well but we have spent more and got a lot less at many restaurants. The only thing I would change but I'm not sure how would be the plates. Styrofoam doesn't work well against a huge sizzling hot steak lol I will be making it a point to visit these guys and will recommend anyone wanting a great meal any time I can!

We visited this truck when they came out to Grub at the Grid. Been wanting to try them for a while, excited for the chance to give them a go. We had a positive experience!

I really like this concept -- kind of unique for a truck. Lots of grilled meats, especially steak. Creative dishes like "steaked potatoes" and options for healthier sides like some grilled veggies, black beans, street corn, etc.

It's a large, super nice truck with an extendable cover, which helps provide shade and cover while you wait. They were super busy, but the food didn't take a terribly long time, maybe ~10-12 minutes. The lady taking orders was so friendly, taking time to engage with all the kids who came up with their parents to order. Nice to see.

My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries and I opted to try the "steaked potatoes." Considering the fact that you're getting a meal with steak from a food truck, we thought the prices were pretty reasonable at ~$15 a person.

Husband enjoyed his Philly. I took a bite and liked it too -- cheesy, loaded with veggies and tender steak. It was messy, as many Phillies tend to be, but a solid sandwich.

I would describe steaked potatoes as almost like elevated steak nachos but with fries instead of tortilla chips. Steak cut into thin, tender, bite-size pieces heaped on top of thick cut, nicely seasoned fries with green onions and a dollop of sour cream. It normally also comes with nacho cheese, but I asked for that to be removed from mine, which it was.

I really enjoyed this dish! It was creative and fun. The steak had a couple of gristley bits, but most of it was flavorful, juicy, and easy to eat. The fries had a lot of seasoning (love!) and were fried just enough to be crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. My only complaints are 1) I wish the sour cream had been sort of evenly drizzled all over the dish (maybe thinned out somehow and squirted on? Idk, but it was hard to eat and enjoy it) and 2) would love an option to have white queso or something like that instead of nacho cheese. Nacho cheese was on a lot of their dishes and I just don't like it at all. They were perfectly accommodating about removing it, but the option to add a different kind of cheese on those delicious fries would make me soooo happy, haha.

Ultimately, I can definitely see myself returning to this truck when it's out and about. ...
