Benito's Pizza — Restaurant in Huron Charter Township

I ordered cause its only place near home. So I've tried to cut them some slack but I'm done spending money there period now. I've ordered bbq wings a couple times they came plain then I ordered rib tips today they came plain and burnt? Who eats plain rib tips? I call and ask she says no we don't put sauce on anything unless requested. Well how is that true when I've ordered it before? When ordering online if you want plain you select plain. I select bbq it still comes plain. Not to mention I was mad watching them make people food with no gloves touching everything and putting bread against their clothing. Nasty!! I pulled up at time it was supposed to be ready and have to wait 15 additional minutes. The delivery drivers are nice and appreciated but I can't...

I really want to like this place. I used to really enjoy their pizza back in the day but it's always a hit or a miss now. Sometimes I'm put in a desperate situation and need to get food quick and they happen to be the closest place to me so I just ordered a deep dish and sub and first of all they are 1 min. Down the rd from me. So I wait the 20 min. And the sub is crazy wet on the bun. And has a giant burnt piece left on it... Ok whatever I over look it and eat it, next I'm eating my pizza and notice its still extremely raw. I'm cooking it in my oven because the times it's been raw before they just say oh well bring it back up to us and we will replace it. Ok, get food right the first time. It is not that hard to make pizza...

Here we are a year later and they are STILL getting my order wrong. I order THE SAME THING EVERYTIME and eat here about once a week. Inconsistent at best. If you don’t care what you get, I say this is the place for you 👍

Food is good, but they have gotten my order wrong so many times, I’ve lost count. If you’re ok with eating what they give ya, it’s not an issue. Not sure if it’s new staff or just being busy when I place my order. Regardless, when my dinner costs $50 + tip, I probably prefer to eat the dinner I actually ordered.

Edit: recently I received the wrong pizza again but they made me a new one and delivered it. Even though they’ve got new employees, They’re at least trying to keep the customers happy....
