I ordered cause its only place near home. So I've tried to cut them some slack but I'm done spending money there period now. I've ordered bbq wings a couple times they came plain then I ordered rib tips today they came plain and burnt? Who eats plain rib tips? I call and ask she says no we don't put sauce on anything unless requested. Well how is that true when I've ordered it before? When ordering online if you want plain you select plain. I select bbq it still comes plain. Not to mention I was mad watching them make people food with no gloves touching everything and putting bread against their clothing. Nasty!! I pulled up at time it was supposed to be ready and have to wait 15 additional minutes. The delivery drivers are nice and appreciated but I can't order here again.
