I drove half an hour to go to this location, the girl who took my order was very pleasant at first. I ordered a number two with a sprite to drink. They had me pull up and wait. No big deal. The next employee handed me a bag. Once I drove off I noticed my burger was wrong and no fries with my meal. I went back through the drive thru, explained the issue and the once pleasant cashier tried to get me to pay for the fries. I said no I ordered a meal. She said you didn't say combo, I said a number two which every other restaurant seems to understand is a meal. I do not understand why she fought me so hard and did not just admit to messing up. After agreeing to pay for the fries although it was her mistake I asked if I would be getting the meal discount since that is what I ordered and 3.35 for French fries after I already paid seems silly. She kept answering that it was basically the same thing. I said I wanted in actuality not basically? I paid for cold, mushy fries and a burger that wasn't right. I have been in the service industry my entire adult life and have never been as surprised or saddened by the way I was treated today. I did apologize if I came off as rude as I was none too happy.
Please do better for the next customer, because I will never be returning nor recommending this...
Read moreI had to give 2 stars only for friendliness, and being open. My wife and I could taste bleach in the fountain drinks. Not sure why. The clerk said no one had cleaned it since 10:00 pm. It was around 1:30 am at that time. That's one star gone. We watched the line cook preparing another order. She had buns for a burger on the stainless prep top. She slid the buns to the side, reached into a bucket of soapy water with her prep gloves on, scrubbed her gloves a bit, pulled out a wash cloth and cleaned the stainless prep top. She then threw the cloth back in the bucket, never changed her prep gloves, grabbed the buns and slid them right over the wet soapy stainless top to prep the burgers. There's another star gone. Then we watched an employee stock the vegetables for the hotdog station in the Love's section digging in her ear with her long fingernail. She then looked at her nail and flicked off whatever her nail scraped out. Then she continued to handle the food to stock. There goes another star.
Management and QAQC, where are you at in the middle of...
Read moreUpdate: Breakfast was slightly better. The service, flavor and freshness of the food were good, but the advertising for the sandwich I bought is misleading. It shows a sourdough bun with a sausage patty of the same size and a decent amount of folded eggs with American and Swiss cheese. What I actually received was the bun with a sausage patty about half the buns size (same sausage as their biscuits) and a thin layer of egg that was only a few millimeters thick with just American cheese. I bought some french toast sticks as well and they were pretty good.
I've eaten here twice now, once for lunch and another for dinner. For lunch I ordered a burger. The service was great, but the patties were luke warm and pretty dry, with everything else being fine. For dinner I bought a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was weirdly chewy and tough, but again everything else was fine. The girl who took my order seemed to be in a bad mood though and was a bit impatient with people. Going to have to grab breakfast here tomorrow, let's hope it's...
