DO NOT EAT HERE** I arrived at store at approximately 620pm on 6/29/22. I ordered an 8pc meal. I asked for all dark meat. I was told they can't do that. The popeyes by my house does it all the time. So I ordered an extra 2 legs and 2 thighs for my family since they don't eat breasts. I ordered 24pc nugget. 2 strawberry cheesecake pies. After sitting in the store for 50 minutes. I was handed my order. I was in such a hurry and I didn't check it. I received 4 wings, 4 breasts. 2 more wings and 2 more breasts for the extra pieces. I received 2 apple pies. My order was 59.45. My entire order was wrong except the 24 nuggets. Which is why they said it tool so long. During my wait. Another lady arrived order 14. She ordered ahead. It wasn't ready when she arrived. They informed her they didn't have what she ordered. Right after was an Uber driver. Order 24. Her order was not ready. I was order 23. I tried calling the store several times to make arrangements to return the uneaten food. I didn't touch any of it. They never answered the phone. I am a truck driver so I am currently getting loaded at a shipper and am unsure if I can return to the store before they close at 10pm. I call the customer service center. I hope to get my money back. I've never had this problem before at my local Popeyes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed ā¹ļø Husband & I went inside to order our food .We were the only customer's in the lobby.There was 5-6 employees standing around behind the food counter & you could see the employees standing there talking like we wasn't even in the building . All of the employees turned around & saw my husband & I & by then 2or 3 more customers had already came inside to order to .The customer behind us was getting upset as well .No one had made an effort to take our order or acknowledge that we was even there. So husband & I along with the other customers was asking the employees if they were going to take our order & they looked at us & the manager turned her back to us & ignored us . How rude ! Then some young guy came out of nowhere & he said he would take our order meanwhile the manager & the other employees were still standing in the same place ignoring us & other customers. I hope this place gets shut down ! Oh yeah maybe if we would have been from south of the border they would have spoken to us instead of ignored us .This is how Americans get treated in our own country .What a shame ! Whatever happened to gratitude instead of attitude ? What we are seeing is a disdain from some people who come here from other countries who really doesn't like Americans at all only...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDetails of my experience is with all of Popeyes in their app I am sitting here in my car at Huntsville Texas order dinner for my family but Popeyes sent my order change the address they sent it to Hutchinson Texas 140 something miles from where I'm sitting I'm told nothing they can do about it also they took my money from my cash app card immediately but when you go to details on the order they say I paid with Google pay sorry I've never had Google pay I've never attached it to any of my cards and I never will so they're outright thieves they change the address of my order after they took my money and then they don't even show the way they took my money they show it as a scam Google Play I don't have Google pay so if you're trying to feed your family don't do it at Popeye's because I cannot feed my family tonight now they told me sorry also their customer service little chat app oh they told me they'd get back with me within 36 hours bear in mind they're thieves they will change your address after you order and then they will show false information for payment but it sure came off my card and it wasn't Google play like...
