Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

I was having a doughnut craving in the afternoon a couple weeks ago and went inside to order to make sure they would also make my drink right, but the employee informed me that this location only sells doughnuts in the morning now. I had looked to my left at the pastry cabinet and there were still doughnuts out on display. When i had looked back at the employee, they just smiled at me and waited for me to continue my order. I think that the employee handled the situation well, and don't blame them whatsoever. This was my first experience after my review and it felt a bit convenient that it's the only location to only sell doughnuts in the mornings, either way I won't be giving this location another chance.

Every time i have ordered the frozen coffee in the morning, they do nothing but fill it with milk (first photo). I am lactose intolerant. One sip can have me on the toilet for hours or even in the hospital.

Update: first photo is what I got, second photo is the replacement. went to get my frozen milk replaced and the man that makes the beverages in the morning said that yes it was made with milk and that's how they make it (no, this is the only location that has done this to me). I told him the order was no milk and he seemed to finally see the "black" (aka no milk) part of the order. He got frustrated and made me a new one (second photo). I thanked him and he didn't say anything for a moment before telling me to have a good day.

Everyone else I've seen at this location is awesome. But this particular employee doesn't seem to know how to make the drinks, and I am typically understanding and shrug off little mistakes. But this is at least the 4th time I've received frozen milk instead of coffee, and based on other recent reviews apparently I'm not the only one experiencing this type of issue in the past 6...

If I could give 0 star, I absolutely would! When we entered the store, we asked for a restroom, and the employee told us the restrooms were only for employees??! They didn't let us even wash our hands! Then we ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese, 2 sesame bagels with cream cheese, 1 caramel macchiato, and extra cream cheese. However, we got 4 plain bagels and a lot of cream cheese on the side!! We couldn't find any table to sit. There were only 3 tables! We had to go back to our car and eat our bagels in a mess because we had to put the cream cheese ourselves with our dirty hands. Funny thing is, the cashier had on a mask. What a mess! $23...

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. First time I visited was in the drive thru. The guy BARELY spoke English but was somehow frustrated with me for even being there. Second time, I found that they won't allow PAYING CUSTOMERS to use the restroom even though they are clearly accessible. Yes they do have a sign on the doors, which you can walk up to and read. You can't open the bathroom doors because they are locked. I implore you all: Do not spend your money here. They don't care about the bad customer service they provide, do there are better...
