Champs Chicken — Restaurant in Idaho

I give 2 stars, simply because sometimes it doesn't seem like the chicken is up to temp. I stopped in today at 11:15 and figured it would be more hot & fresh, no such thing. It concerns me because of food saftey, it does not seem like the warming lamps it's sitting under are doing a thorough job keeping the chicken up to temp. Really don't think it should be at room temp by the time I make it 1 minute down the road back to work. Mashed potatoes, great & hot. Service, great. Chicken dippers, a no go. They have completely changed the menu. The prices went up, and the quantity went down. The pieces of chicken are quite a bit smaller, and they eliminated the meal with two sides.
