22 & Vine — Restaurant in Illinois

I wish they have “no star” option. This was my worst experience in any restaurant so far. We were a big group and the waitress was very rude and very unprofessional and unresponsive. I felt she was doing that on purpose. She Wouldn’t give us utensils with our food. We had to ask for it many times. I ordered coffee and had to ask for it many time as well and then she brought it cold and put it far away from me. And then she refused to give me refill. . The food was horrible. I asked for the rest of my money about 3 times after i paid in cash and she wouldn't give the change to me. I actually left the place without it. Didn’t give me the chance to decide how much tip to leave because she took it all without my permission. Horrible place....

Stopped by 22 & Vine and had a solid meal. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The pizza was bigger than we expected—we thought we were getting a small, but it was actually large enough to feed 3-4 people, which was a nice surprise.

Ordered Chicken sandwich around 2pm today, 3/1/25. Once food arrived I unwrapped the utensils from the napkin to discovered baked on lettuce on the back side of the fork. I brought this to the hosts attention, he took it back to the kitchen. I asked for my bill and asked the waitress if she was informed about the dirty fork I had been given. She had not.
