4 Points Whiskey Saloon And Grill — Restaurant in Illinois

We came for the band and wanted dinner. I went online to check out the menu and it had a few things we would like. We get there and after we get drinks are notified that the menu has been changed and the website is not yet updated. A little miffed, but I look over the new menu and it is typical lunch bar fare. The one thing I pick (Italian beef) is not available. They had a big party and ran out on Sunday, it is now Friday? So I ordered a burger. It was a 1/2 # frozen patty on a cheap children type bun that fell apart and got soggy before I could pick it up. That was $11.95 with crinkle fries. Cheap, but still not worth it. The waitress understood that I was not happy and after I ordered a second drink she brought it in a large glass and told me it was a double, they mostly doubled up on the mixer. The band was good, the place could be good and you know what I think of the food. I think why I really was disappointed was that after reading the yelp review from a year ago they used the same excuse, we are changing our menu and are updating...

The whole place smells of nasty cigarettes like the old casinos. The only good food was the appetizers, waffle chicken and fried bacon. Oh and The pulled pork on one of the burgers was good. The Burger was low quality meat and had a taste of fish and lacked the needed flavor. The waitress was nice and helpful. First time at this place and definitely the last. Especially since it's a 45 to 60 minute drive for us. The food looks way better...

Awful. Ordered the gyro, and could tell immediately that no one had ordered a gyro there in a very long time. The meat was old and dry, but that didn't stop them from crisping it the grill, which basically turned it into gyro jerky. The gyro sauce was old and grainy, and tasted nothing of cucumbers.
