All Inn Pub & Grub — Restaurant in Illinois

I wanted to like this place, but they made it difficult. A simple mistake, excluding bacon from a burger, turned into a big deal. Most places would just exclude it from the bill without question. Not here. They couldn't because there wasn't a manager available to authorize the whole $2.50. It really wasn't the amount, but more of the principal of good customer service. It's a small place, I get it, but it's kind of ridiculous that we even had to deal with it at all. The food (broasted chicken) was average. Not good....

We have been in many times for burgers. First time on a Saturday early evening. Packed house good to see but the service was ridiculous. Bar tender was not attentive and our burger order was extremely slow and was not served the way it was ordered. The cook was obviously overwhelmed and wasn’t competent to handle orders correctly. Sorry for the poor review. Will come back when the owners are...

We carried out the broasted chicken which was really good - the best I've had in the area. I dropped a star because the sign about broasted chicken along route 176 does not include the name of the restaurant and we had to drive and find the place. Also, we never saw a sign outside of the restaurant indicating the name of it either. I guess this is a best...
