The last time we went to Andria's was 5+ years ago, and it was an awful experience. We decided to give it another chance this weekend. Still awful. It took 2.5 hrs for our dining experience, over an hour to get salads. When they did bring salads, there was no dressing. We were told they were out of ranch and were making it, but then was later told they were out of buttermilk. The lettuce and mushrooms were also not fresh (see photo). There's a quality control problem and maybe an ordering an issue as well. Two from our party had to go to the bar to get drinks. When our meals finally came, 2 of the steaks were undercooked, and the pork chop was overcooked and dry. If you're paying those prices for meals, the meat should be cooked perfectly. It's clear there are multiple issues in the kitchen. When complaining about our salad, the waitress agree to take a few things off of the bill after discussing with someone, so that was nice. We also later complained to the owner. She make a lot of excuses and didn't really take accountability. She said multiple times that they haven't had a a server leave in 6 years and that they are treated very well and make $75-100/hr. It was clear and she admitted to the fact that the servers had more tables than they should've had, and none of them could handle the amount of tables they were assigned. She kept talking about their one star server who can runs circles around the others, but I think her expectation is that they all work at the same pace, which people just don't. Servers haven't left because they are making a lot of money, and they are making a lot of money because the food prices are exorbitant. She even complained that people used to like a 4-hr dining experience, and now they don't anymore. It's been a long time since people liked a 4-hr dining experience, but if it's going to be 2.5-4 hrs, then people need to be giving attention and food and drinks during that time. While she said they like feedback, she also blamed the servers when it's clear that there are a lot more systemic issues at Andria's than just the servers. She even mentioned how it's a challenge to serve 220-270 people in one night. If it's too challenging, then cut back on the # you serve, and focus on a quality experience and quality food. And hire more people. We won't be back. If you want an amazing dining experience, head across the river. LOUIE is incredible and treats their customers like kings and queens. Hamilton's Steakhouse, A Polite Society, Farmhaus, and so many great options out there. Some are expensive but not anymore expensive than Andria's (most are cheaper), but the service and food are well worth it. They did give us cheesecake to go for our trouble, which we appreciated, but it didn't make up for the service, excuses, and having to send some of our food back. With the owners attitude, we were all worried that our server would be fired after we complained. Just not a real positive, happy environment. And definitely not a nice dining experience.

This was me and my husbands 1st time coming here. We were looking for a non chain steakhouse and found this place. We hadn't been on a date in MONTHS without kids and was looking to just have a good time. We came around 8pm so not busy at all. The atmosphere was really nice and cozy but that was the end of our appreciation. The menue is not very big so you can choose your food pretty quickly. We both dove in and chose the surf and turf (lobster tail and steak). We are not big drinkers so we chose a soda and a glass of water to drink. Thank God we got both because we ended up waiting 45 min for food OR ANY REFILLS! our salads were okay (lettuce, olives, peperchini and onions), your supposed to get bread when you get your drinks, after flagging down 2 servers and our salads were gone we got our bread. Now time for the main dish. The filet had great flavor in the center (med. Rare) the lobster on the other hand was FAR from fresh! When I say my jaw hurt so bad from chewing that rubber piece of no flavored fish I mean it hurt! It had little to no flavor and the "butter" they give you for dipping was not good either. So needless to say, we spent $200 on a meal that was not good at all. The service was horrible, the food was horrible. The best part was the bread when we actually got it!

We were in the area visiting and got last minute reservations (called as soon as they were open) they got us in at 5pm. Once we were there we didn't realize how fancy this restaurant was. We were completely underdressed but they didn't seem to mind. We did have some people stare at us but we enjoyed our time there. The table settings were very well put together. We had my 9 year old with us and even though there was no option for a kids menu our waitress assured us they had chicken tenders and french fries. The waitress was also kind enough to make her a kids cocktail which she absolutely loved! The food was fantastic! For the appetizer We ordered the stuffed mushrooms with crab meat. It was so good I almost forgot to get a picture. We ordered the prime rib and rib eye both cooked to perfection and just melts in your mouth. Side Salad, Fried zucchini, & baked potato was all as expected all delicious! Definitely recommend!

We heard great things about this place and wanted to finally try it. I don’t know if they were having an off night, but our experience was not good. I made reservations and received a text to start. When my wife and I walked in they called us by another name and then seemed to not be able to find our reservations. We get sat at the smallest table. Then the service was terrible. We observed all night other tables get the wrong food brought to them, etc. Our wine sat empty without an offer to refill for over 30 mins. We both ordered our $60 filet med, one came out rare and one came out well. It cost two of us $200 for not such great service and food. Also, it was very loud due to a larger party in the back. Overall, it took me 5 years to go and I won’t try it again for another 5.

Updated following restaurant’s reply: Thank you for taking the time to reply, but I have to be honest—your response felt more defensive than caring. My review wasn’t about the exact dollar amount or timestamps on our check. It was about the overall experience, which simply didn’t meet the standard for a fine dining restaurant.

To be more transparent, I actually left out some frustrations in my first review: our 6:15 reservation started with confusion at check-in, parking was difficult, and even the water was poor. Service was slow, our wine glasses sat empty, and both steaks came out at the wrong temperatures. Combined with the noise level, it just wasn’t the experience we had hoped for.

You mentioned that only two tables left negative reviews that night—but the fact that two different parties felt strongly enough to share the same concerns should signal that something wasn’t right. Guests don’t expect perfection, but we do expect to feel valued and cared for. Unfortunately, that’s where our evening fell short and your response matched. I know for certain that management did not check on us. Unfortunately, this is the only bad rating I’ve ever taken the...

The atmosphere is nice albeit sometimes a bit too dark for my taste. The severs were nice and friendly but took a long time to serve and to get their attention for water refills. The food was awful and overpriced in my opinion. The steak was tough and cooked until dry. After 20-30 chews per bite I still had to spit out 1/2 of my meat as it would not break down. I did ask for a replacement cut in the beginning after my first bite I chewed for several minutes trying to eat and could not. There was tough meat grain and lots of grizzle. A very bad cut and I was told they would IF I bought a second steak! Unfortunately my date also has a similar problem so I can’t blame it on the one cut. It seems like a quality control issue because of whomever selected their meat. I am totally disappointed. I only eat out for a nice steak a few times per year and this made me go home right after and make a meal because I left hungry unable to eat a lot of what I paid for. I also asked for steak sauce and they offered their house sauce which I agreed to try. I thought they would just bring bf and leave a bottle to use But the waiter dumped sauce over the steak covering most of it and I really did not like the sauce. So I ended up with soaked grizzly overpriced steak and so hungry I made a sandwich at home. I was going to order cake but was told they buy it premade and just cut and...
